Larry Kurshner Offers New Direction for Bakersfield Recycling Company

Alianza Recycling and Recovery is back, and better than ever! Under brand new ownership, they’re proud to offer a variety of excellent recycling services to the Bakersfield Area.

The Power of Electronics Recycling Under New Ownership

Alianza Recycling and Recovery is California’s third-oldest licensed electronics recycler, and they’ve been working hard to serve Bakersfield for more than thirteen years. Electronics recycling in California is big business, with many state statutes requiring businesses and consumers alike to recycle televisions, computers, tablets, phones and more.

Alianza has long offered a number of services to the community, but this change in leadership will allow it to move forward far faster. Larry Kurshner, who also owns SES – Secure E-Waste Solutions – in San Diego will now head the company.

“I’m excited to bring Alianza Recycling and Recovery back to what it’s supposed to be,” said our new owner, Larry Kurshner. “We’re building some great opportunities in our communities already, and I can’t wait to see where the business continues to take us. I’ve been working in the electronics recycling business for a long time, and I think that Alianza Recycling and Recovery is the next step towards a sustainable future.”

Recycling for the Bakersfield Community

Alianza Recycling and Recovery is excited to announce new community initiatives thanks to the new leadership. The company is partnering with local schools on a variety of fundraisers and hopes to imbue students with new knowledge of recycling and why it’s crucial to recycle. They’re also hoping to make electronics recycling more accessible to the community at large so that fewer households feel the need to throw away their outdated electronics.

An Expansion of Services

In addition to our community outreach, Alianza Recycling and Recovery will also be expanding their services as well. Thanks to the new leadership, they now offer document shredding services, IT relocation services, and many other options outside of traditional computer, television, and phone recycling programs.

“We’re really branching out with this one,” said Kurshner. “I’m pleased to say that our new services are really helping to broaden our business and make us more useful to those around us. Even within the community, we’re really doing well. I’m proud to see what Alianza Recycling and Recovery is becoming.”

Recycling With the New and Improved Alianza Recycling and Recovery

There are so many ways to turn with your outdated technology, but we hope that you’ll choose Alianza Recycling and Recovery to help you deal with your unneeded electronics. After all, with new ownership, the entire community is looking forward to brighter and more sustainable futures.
